  I stayed at this hotel overnight in order to attend a funeral so all I really needed was a bed to sleep in which was nicely provided. The staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is VERY limited but they moved their shuttle van to accomodate my car which was much appreciated. The room itself was neat and clean. There was no iron or ironing board but thanks to the shower steam my suit became presentable again. As an extended stay there was a kitchenette with glasses ,mugs. and dishes which were all filthy. They had a coffee maker but no supply of coffee. My sister stayed at the Winthrop Arms nearby (highly recommended) which was cheaper, the rooms were immaculate, and the staff extremely friendly (their only negative is they only have street parking)

  This hotel is located in the small town of Winthrop just minutes away from Boston. Conveniently located just feet from the hotel is a stop for the bus that will take you to the T station. The place is newly renovated. The room we got was very clean. There is an affordable breakfast diner within walking distance. Also, there is a cute ice cream shop if you want to stop for dessert before hitting the sheets. The town is very quiet.
