I stayed at this hotel with 2 adults, 3 small chidlren, 1 teenager and 1 elderly person!!! It was great for everyone in my party. The room was a little dusty when we arrived and when we called they came right up and cleaned it again. The staff helped with finding locations and sightseeing attractions. The hotel is a little out of the way from all the tourist attractions. However, the T train stations is about a 10 minute walk away and connects you with everything that is important in Boston. One downside was the price of parking daily was quite significant and added an extra expense to the trip that I wasn't planning for. However, the breakfast, which inlcuded hot breakfast foods saved money on food. Still a good hotel and I would stay there again. Pool was kinda small and indoors but the little ones still had fun.

The staff was the best part of the hotel - friendly and helpful. It is not a good hotel if you are driving, the only parking is valet parking at $* per day. They charge $* per day for internet access. They do not have MSNBC available. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The food we ordered in the lobby restaurant was okay.

Stayed seven nights. This hotel is in a great location. Comp shuttle to and from the airport. Staff is very friendly and helpful. MBTA Airport station(subway & bus) is a short walk across a well lighted soccer field. Best deal is a seven day unlimited ride pass for $15.00. You might also consider the "Boston card" for tours. Area was safe, even at night. Mass law says no comp alcohol, so you have to pay for alcohol during evening social hours. Breakfast buffet was outstanding, and a great value and selection including waffles and omelets. Evening snacks were good. Airlines house their employees who are on layover in this hotel. Free access to four computers and printing. Charges apply for room. Only negative comment was sound echoed thru the walls and noise from the hallway which radiated into our room. The hotel was full of kids (school break) during our stay.

very nice hotel. very attentive staff, all around. loved the room and the breakfast, and evening happy hour food, helped cut down my food costs for the trip. good location close to t train, and walking distance to a great italian restaurant. felt safe walking to the train alone , very safe location , met alot of nice people at the hotel / other guests. would stay again. the maintaince man came to replace the tv remote and only knocked once before letting himself in , glad my son was there , it was a concern for me .
